I think I´ll develop it with PHP/MySQL or ASP, graphix in PhotoShop and animations in Flash.

Sketches/basic layout

Sketch 01 - Basic layout

This one suggestion for how the basic layout could look, I want to be able to
add/remove subjects/squares. What if six isn´t enough? What if six is too many?
Maybe there should be a menu and the six sqaures just emphasize whats new/hot.

Sketch 02 - Basic layout

Better, but it still looks a bit dull.

Sketch 03 - Basic layout

A little bit better but basically the same as above, just slightly different.

Sketch 04 - Little more than just basic layout

Sketch 05 - Subjectsquares

Sketch 06 - Another layout suggestion

Sketch 07 - Wallpaper and a different style

Sketch 08 - Same but different color

Features

1. I´d like the design to change during seasons and perhaps during the hours of the day as well.

2. The site should have a public section and a private one as well, the private one containing my sons website

3. It should be easy to add/remove/change headlines/images/text on the indexpage (login/pass).

4. The site should be accessable by blind or otherwise disabled visitors. The visitor should be able to change
textsize, text- and backgroundcolor and maybe get the text read back to them.

5. If it´s possible I would like to be able to overlap subjectsquares, like a zombie overlaping news (see sketch 01).
